Target Market: Expanding Companies in search of $1M to $200M
Auseklis works with American companies seeking $1M to $200M. Although Auseklis prefers to work with companies seeking to expand, the "right" start-up may also be considered. Companies in search of less than one million dollars in investment should turn to more traditional funding sources such as bank loans and angel investors.
Executive Summary Submission
To be considered, all applications for private investment must be preceeded by the submission of a properly formatted Executive Summary. For formatting guidelines, please see our article on Writing an Executive Summary. Compliance with our standards is mandatory for consideration.
Package Preparation
After an Auseklis representative gives the go-ahead on an Executive Summary, a list of questions to be answered and a list of documentation to be assembled will be provided, based on the scope and type of project being considered.
Representation Agreement
Once the initial materials are submitted and reviewed--and upon approval by Auseklis--a Representation Agreement will be offered to the prospective funding client. The Representation Agreement empowers Ausklis to formally present proposals to prospective funding sources (all final details are subject to client approval, of course).
From this point forward, each project will proceed as determined by the scope and nature of the project, investors, and market conditions.
Just Remember...
The primary consideration is: Merit.
